At Happy Doggy it is extremely important to us to offer a continued high level of customer service. We understand that we have a duty of care and we strive to ensure that we are transparent at all times.
Happy Doggy recognises however that we may get it wrong from time to time. We endeavour to recognise our mistakes and ensure they are not repeated in the future which ultimately means we can refine our service and deliver beyond our customer expectations.

Complaints are sent to our head office for review and will be discussed with the branch concerned to get all relevant information and we will be back in touch with you.
